Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major and national holidays on which Federal Express does not offer service. We work diligently to ship purchases of in stock merchandise made by 2 p.m. CST the same business day. Purchases of in stock merchandise made after 2 p.m. CST or on Saturday or Sunday ship the following business day.
Occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. In either instance, you will be alerted and provided an approximate date of shipment. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.
Multiple items on the same order may be shipped separately depending on the availability of each item. (You will not be billed additional Shipping and Handling charges for multiple shipments.)
Shipping Methods
We currently offer four shipping methods:
- FedEx Standard Ground: Orders are typically received within two (2) to ten (10) business days from shipment.
- FedEx 2nd Day Air: Orders are received within two (2) business days from shipment.
- FedEx Next Day Air: Orders are received the next business day from shipment.
- FedEx Saturday Delivery: Orders are received next day on Saturday.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Samoa and any P.O. boxes are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. (Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery.)

Gift Card Shipping
Gift cards are shipped separately, even when you purchase other merchandise as part of the same order. When your order includes only gift cards, they will ship free of charge when you select standard shipping. However, if you select 2-day or overnight shipping we will charge a $10 fee. If you purchase an F.M. ALLEN Gift Card along with other merchandise, our regular shipping rates apply for the shipping service level you select.
Return and Exchange Policy
F.M. ALLEN is committed to bringing you the highest quality product available. However, if a product does not meet your expectations for any reason, please return it in its original packaging with receipt for an exchange or refund. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges (pending availability) of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of purchase. (Original shipping charges are not refundable except in the event we have made a shipping error.)
Sale merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned.
Items returned past the timeframes outlined above may be returned in exchange for an F.M. ALLEN Gift Card only. The amount of the Gift Card will be the current selling price of the items returned.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item purchased at full price, your request must be made within 60 days of order receipt for the merchandise purchased. If you wish to exchange an item purchased at a sale price, your request must be made within 30 days of the order receipt.
To make an exchange, please specify the item you wish to exchange and the new color or size on the return/exchange form at the bottom of the receipt included with your shipment and include the form in your return package. (You will be contacted in the event a replacement item is not available or once the exchange has been processed.) Affix the postage prepaid return label to your package, drop it off at your nearest FedEx shipping location and we will send your new item free of shipping charges.
If you are exchanging an item because of our error or because of quality issues, we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you. The replacement order will be sent via FedEx Ground delivery.
Gift Returns
Gift recipients who return an item and do not want an exchange will be issued an F.M. ALLEN Gift Card. You will receive an e-mail notification upon receipt of your gift return provided that your e-mail address is included on your return/exchange form.
Return and Exchange Shipping
For your convenience, a postage-paid return shipping label is included in each package. Please complete the form printed on the bottom of your receipt and include it with your return or exchange so that we may process it as quickly as possible. Simply affix the return shipping label to your package and drop it off at a FedEx shipping location. Please note, we will deduct $8 from your order refund for return postage when using the postage-paid return label. (The $8 fee does not apply to gift returns from a gift recipient or same-item exchanges.) If you cannot find your pre-printed label in your shipment box, please contact us at assistance@fmallen.com or by phone 1-888-362-1947 for a replacement.
If you prefer, you may pay the return postage yourself and ship via United States Postal Service or other parcel service. If you choose to pay the return postage yourself, you will not be charged a fee. If you wish to pay the return postage yourself, please direct your package to the following address:

When paying for return postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package via U.S. Mail or FedEx, and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.
Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
